McCarthy is the founder of 327 Solutions, Inc. a global training and performance consultancy focused in cybersecurity, risk management, regulatory compliance, and custom training program creation. In addition, he is a Founding Partner in Veritas GRC, a global cyber risk management education, coaching, and advisory focusing addressing Board of Director knowledge, skills, and abilities to demonstrate cybersecurity risk management acumen under the Securities and Exchange Commission Cyber Ruling, and the European Union's NIS 2.0 and DORA regulatory compliance requirements. OTICStraining.com is wholly owned and operated by 327 Solutions, Inc. as Siker's exclusive national distributor and sales agent. 

Tim's professional background includes developing security strategies, frameworks, and awareness programs, with significant contributions to a global top ten oil and gas company's security framework. He trains through QA and Firebrand and speaks at conferences as a thought leader. In 2013, he helped design the GIAC GICSP certification, contributing to the exam and skills framework. As an Assessor and Interviewer for CIISec, he evaluates new members. He recently designed ICS security training for CPNI/NCSC, ENISA, and global entities, and lectures on Business Risk at the University of Buckingham. Tim is a full CIISec member, FCMI Fellow, senior ISA member, and holds GSLC and GSEC certifications. From 2017 to 2018, he served on the Institute of Information Security Professionals' Board, focusing on IS skills and competencies.

Stuart became a valuable member of our team in 2016, bringing with him a background in finance. His expertise has been crucial in the design and delivery of several key courses, such as Penetration Testing, Python Basics, and Incident Handling. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Science from Stirling University. His unique combination of financial knowledge and technical proficiency has significantly enhanced our educational offerings, making them more comprehensive and relevant to current industry needs. He has played a pivotal role in expanding our professional services division. He has worked on numerous consultancy projects, providing expert guidance on cybersecurity strategies and implementations for a diverse range of clients. His work in professional services continues to drive our mission of delivering top-tier cybersecurity solutions.
